PRICING

The charge for a single Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)  for Glasgow and the surrounding areas (15 miles radius from G14) will be a £50 flat rate for typical properties. For multiple EPCs within the same locale  £5 will be deducted  for each additional EPC.
 
Outwith this area the charge for a single EPC will be £65 flat rate but £50 for multiple EPCs within the same locale.  There  will also be an additional charge of 20 pence per mile for additional travel costs over the initial 15 miles radius.
